Best Crime Fiction Reads 2011 (First Half)

Kerrie at Mysteries in Paradise has raised the following question, What are the best crime fiction titles you’ve read in 2011?

I’ve read 30 books and have just realised that my ratings have been pretty high, quoting Kerrie not “necessarily because I’m too generous, but because I tend to read books I think I will like.” This is my list (no particular order):
