Thanks to Philip Young at To Be Read… I came through The TBR Double Dare. In essence The TBR Double Dare is not a book buying ban but a New Year’s Resolution to read only the books in your To Be Read stack from January 1, 2012 to April 1. You can still buy books during the double dare, you just can’t read them until April 1, 2012. Most important, you are also free to set your own rules if you like.
Since I do have a previous Resolution, not to join officially a book challenge next year, I’ll be joining The TBR Double Dare unofficially. I’ll like also to encourage you to join this one, it will be fun. Most important since we all know that no one keeps a New Year’s Resolution forever when you finally break down and read something please let us all know what it was that led you into temptation.
