Gunnar Staalesen, The Consorts of Death now available in Spanish – Los círculos de la muerte (Alba editorial, 2011)

Among the books recently published in Spain I’ve come across Los círculos de la muerte (Alba editorial, 2011) Original title Dødens drabanter, 2006 by Gunnar Staalesen, translated by Carmen Freixanet. English title The Consorts of Death (Arcadia Books, 2009), translated from the Norwegian by Don Bartlett. If my information is correct this is the first book by Gunnar Staalesen published in Spanish.

Moreover Cold Hearts the follow-up to The Consorts of Death is scheduled to be released early next year by Arcadia Books. Original title Kalde hjerter, 2008, translated from the Norwegian by Don Bartlett.
