Despite not being very well known, this municipal garden, located in San Blas district, has been declared a Historical Park and is considered part of Madrid’s cultural heritage. With its extensive gardens and exquisitely green vegetation, it’s the ideal place to take a stroll or practise sports. This 53 acre garden can be found east of Madrid’s city centre, at the 8 kilometre mark on the highway to Barcelona, next to the Suanzes metro station.
This park is the perfect place to relax, whether you want to watch the flowers blossom on the countless almond trees in spring, go on a leisurely stroll, take your pet for a scenic walk, or go for a dreamy ride on bicycle.
I visited the Quinta de los Molinos Park this morning where I took these pictures. The information was taken from http://www.esmadrid.com/en/quinta-molinos.
