  1. José Ignacio – I am sorry to hear about this! So frustrating! But thanks for sharing. It’s good to know about sites that do not provide good customer service.

    1. Thanks Margot. I’ve just find out mine it’s not the exception with Casa del Libro customer service. It seems to me they don’t know how to handle their customer’s relationship via the Internet. If they don’t know the rules they should not play the game.

    Como bien dices, si no sabes manejarte en Internet mejor no lo intentes.

  3. What an annoying experience. This is exactly why I keep returning to a few internet shops even if I might be able to save a few pence in other places.
