Crime Fiction Pick of the Month October 2012

Kerrie at Mysteries in Paradise has invited us to identify the best crime fiction book that we have read each particular month. You can find HERE  the contribution of other participants.

In October 2012 I read only three crime fiction books. To find out my review, if available, click on each title:

  • The Chosen (Portnoy Publishing, 2011. Kindle Edition) by Arlene Hunt.****
  • Arctic Chill (Vintage Digital, 2009. Kindle Edition) by Arnaldur Indridason. Translated by Bernard Scudder and Victoria Cribb.*****
  • Not Dead Yet (Pan Books, 2012) by Peter James, 2012. My review will be posted soon.***

And I want to highlight The Chosen as the best book by a new-to-me author and Arctic Chill as the best book I’ve read last month.
