Nelson Mandela served as South Africa’s first democratically elected president from 1994 to 1999, after spending 27 years in prison for anti-apartheid activities. He died yesterday 5 December 2013, at his home in Johannesburg, age 95. Curiously Plot for Peace was released yesterday in Spain. Rest in peace Madiba.
