From the 26th of September 2014 until the 10th of January 2015, Fundacion Mapfre will be hosting the exhibition “Sorolla and The United States” which brings together the works that Joaquín Sorolla painted during the time he spent in the United States that had never before been seen in Spain.
The exhibition, organized by the Meadows Museum (Dallas), the Art Museum of San Diego and the Mapfre Foundation, with the contribution of the Hispanic Society of America, and support from The Meadows Foundation, comes to Spain after touring the United States.

Sorolla y Estados Unidos
Desde el 26 de septiembre de 2014 hasta el 10 de enero de 2015, la Fundación Mapfre acogerá la exposición “Sorolla y Estados Unidos”, que reúne las obras que Joaquín Sorolla pintó durante el tiempo que pasó en los Estados Unidos que nunca antes había sido vistas en España.
La exposición, organizada por el Museo Meadows (Dallas), el Museo de Arte de San Diego y la Fundación Mapfre, con la contribución de la Hispanic Society of America, y el apoyo de la Fundación Meadows, llega a España después de recorrer los Estados Unidos.
