Yesterday I had to travel to Zamora, a Spanish province in the western part of the autonomous community of Castile and León, which is rather unknown outside of Spain. Among the best things one can find there I’m particularly fond of Zamorano Cheese and Toro wines. Click on the titles to find out more.
