OT: 25 Essential Dishes to Taste in Madrid

It’s circulating in social networks a list of 25 essential dishes to taste in Madrid, and I couldn’t resist myself to copy it here below. I’ve probably been in some eighteen of these sites, but not very recently in some of them. They are all very famous in Madrid but you would do well to check first the prices, to avoid any unpleasant surprise. If you find any broken link please don’t hesitate to contact me. Besides any question you may have about these dishes is welcome.
