Boadilla del Monte is a town and municipality located in the west of the Community of Madrid with a population of 41,807 in 2008. In its surroundings there is a large wooded area with different routes for enjoyment of walkers, at only 16 km from the centre of Madrid. I visited it last Wednesday together with my hiking group.
