OT: A history of the Hispanic Society of America (A Documentary)


bf1634d162359ff8b41352a044382798The weather today in Madrid gave us a break and Begoña and I took advantage of this occasion to visit The Prado Museum, in particular, the exhibitions Treasures from the Hispanic Society of America. Visions of the Hispanic World (see my previous post here) and The challenge of white. Goya and Esteve, portraitists to the Osuna family. The picture enclosed, entitled “After the Bath”, was painted by Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida in the year 1908. It can be seen in the exhibition.
