It came as a shock to me. Thanks for all your comments. Bernadette was very much appreciated in our small community and quite a character
Bernadette was a character, but one we’ll miss. I always knew if I should read a book or not after reading her review. And, for me, she was never wrong. So, I enjoyed a lot of good books because of her recommendations — and avoided a lot of bad ones.
I so enjoyed her wicked wit.
So sorry for your loss, José Ignacio. Sending hugs.
