OT: La Chorrera de los Litueros y La Dehesa Bonita

La Chorrera de los Litueros is located in Somosierra in the northernmost tip of the Community of Madrid, some 1,433 meters above see level.

Considered one of the prettiest forests in the Madrid region, if not the most beautiful, because of its enormous variety, La Dehesa Bonita has holly trees, oak, cherry, hazelnut trees, rowan trees and, above all, birches, which makes it the most important birch grove of the Community, giving name to the place: La Dehesa Bonita (the pretty meadow).

I visited it last week with my hiking group.
